My Definition of Web 2.0 is something that enables the Internet to be brought to our fingertips. Distances of countries and large seas are no longer an issue of getting on a plane or ship, but to just click a single button, bringing us all closer through the world wide Internet. Web 2.0 is something that brings all web users together, through various things like blogs, YouTube (video blogs), Facebook, and of course, email. With the invention of the Internet in 1957 with the launch of the first satellite into space by the USSR, the internet has come a long way. In essence Web 2.0 is really how humans run the machines, and in return how the machines 'react' with the humans by 'learning' our every command, codings, and clicks. All web users being connected by an actual invisible 'web' of technology and communication that is so easily administered through the click of our mouse. The Internet has changed my life in so many ways. Instead of having to read so many books and looking in so many encyclopedias for a certain item or definition, i can just input my question in a reputable search engine such as Google and wala! I have my answers. Purchasing things overseas has never been easier, and email friends from across the globe is as easy as a click. How has the Internet changed your life?
